Can treatment wait?

Simple answer is No. Treatment urgency depends on the condition and how quickly it progresses, but in dentistry, problems don’t heal on their own. Teeth don’t regenerate, so once damage begins, it slowly continues. Our goal is to intervene while the issue is still small, inexpensive, and minimally invasive.

A simple filling that’s treated early can prevent the need for a root canal or crown later. Delaying treatment often makes the problem larger, not easier.

If you have personal or financial constraints, we are happy to work with you and explain the realistic timeline and risks. But clinically, the earlier something is treated, the better the outcome and the lower the cost. We see that over and over in our practice.
